Very hearty, very passionate, literally laughs out loud. Sometimes teetering on the edge of fury but always coming from a place of human fire and one-of-a-kind energy. His alternative to becoming a fìsculo maker (handwoven vegetable-fibre discs used for olive oil pressing) was a career in football - lucky for us, he chose this path. He’s now probably the last fìsculo artisan in Italy, or maybe the world?
